(5) The United States Copyright laws prohibit the distribution or copying of copyright materials without proper authorization. Users must report to Murray Design Group LLC, any use of the Landtrend.com listing service which may amount to a copyright infringement. If in its sole discretion, the Murray Design Group LLC determines that any information has been loaded onto the listing service in violation of the Copyright laws, Murray Design Group LLC will delete that information. Any user who, without authorization, loads copyrighted information on the listing service shall indemnify and hold Murray Design Group LLC harmless from any and all resulting claims and liability.

Right to Reject User Content

Release, Waiver
To the fullest extent allowed by law, User hereby releases and discharges Murray Design Group LLC, and each of its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, business partners, customers and any other authorized agent or representative of Murray Design Group LLC, from any and all liability associated with User's use of Murray Design Group LLC websites including but not limited to (Landtrend.com). This release shall apply to any and all claims, known or unknown, held by User.

User hereby also agrees and covenants not to sue, and expressly waives any and all claims against, Murray Design Group LLC websites including but not limited to (Landtrend.com), for any claim that is released here under or for an amount in excess of the limitation of liability provided in this Agreement.

Modify Terms Conditions

Murray Design Group LLC, may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting the amended terms on our web site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 5 days after they are initially posted on our web site.
